For bodybuilding purposes, I.E if you are cutting for a contest, a cycle should last 4 – 6 weeks.
During these 4 – 6 weeks, you should consume 20mg/ml per day, split into two dosages.
So, you should consume 10mg/ml in the morning, and 10mg/ml in the evening.
So, just to make things crystal clear, dosages should look something like:
Athletic purposes 1st time cycle – 10mg/ml for 4 weeks
Athletic purposes for a 2nd cycle or more – 10/20mg/ml for 4 weeks
Bodybuilding cycle – 20mg/ml per day for 4 – 6 weeks (10mg/ml AM and 10mg/ml PM)
