🏋️ Bodybuilders

The Arnold Classic has increased its prize money to $300K in 2023. Bodybuilders have more than 2 million followers on Instagram. Other bodybuilders are signing million dollar deals with companies to wear their gear or use their products. Bodybuilders are appearing in movies and television shows, even whole films are based around the sport.

Safe to say the world of bodybuilding has never been bigger or better.

At the center of all of this are the bodybuilders, of course. These behemoths among men are some of the strongest and biggest humans to ever walk the planet. They push well far beyond what is normal or natural in the human life and aim to be even bigger. Even stronger.

Bodybuilding has come a long way since its beginning. It started as a collection of the few men in town who actually enjoyed physical work and liked the muscle mass it brought. The people would come to look at this “freak” – granted early bodybuilders were not terribly large.

A few decades later and figures like Eugen Sandow and Joe Weider brought bodybuilding to the forefront. They succeeded in having the sport develop and change into something the average man could aspire to be. With bigger contests, magazine deals, and supplement sponsorships, modern bodybuilding was born.

Contemporary bodybuilders have some of the hardest jobs on the planet – if you ignore the fact that all they do is eat, sleep, and train. That said, the eat, sleep, and train harder than any other humans alive.

So, if you’re looking for CBum’s workout routine he used to win the 2022 Olympia or even just trying to find out if Kali Muscle is on gear, you’ve come to the right place.
