Chris Duffin, the powerlifter is not an unknown person.

Who is Chris Duffin?

Chris Duffin Squat

He is famous as the Chris Duffin squat 1000 pounds.

He had done the squatting poundages that everyone cannot do.

A few weeks back he won the prize for accomplishing 980 pounds’ squats for two; he did this being a 42 years old man.

There are no words in which this achievement can be praised.

It is a worthless achievement.

Moreover, after some weeks in the same month, he managed to accomplish a 1000 pound squats challenge.

Furthermore, he wrote on his Instagram profile that he would be squatting 1000 pounds for the first time and then next he will add on the other 1000 pounds.

In the coming two months’ time, he would go deeper with his squat pieces of training.

Thus, Chris Duff in’s squat 1000 marks a victory status for his career.

Doing this 1000 squat challenge once in a life is ok.

But doing it time and time again is nothing but boasting of the power.

Chris Duffin squat 1000 was conducted again, and this time it was done in front of the cameras to make the videos of the entire movie.

Now Duffin thinks that he can achieve any title and accomplish any goal that arises in his mind because he has done the 1000 squat challenge.

I plan to squat 1000x3 this coming March at the IHRSA show in San Diego. This will be the conclusion of my Grand Goals campaign when combined with my nearly 3 reps at a 1000lbs deadlift a few years ago. It will be done just a few weeks shy of my 43rd birthday and also be my final “feat of strength”. This is a culmination of over 30 years of training and working with some of the best minds in the world on rehab/prehab, recovery and training modalities. I couldn’t even attempt this without the knowledge and support of the Kabuki Strength Team who are directly responsible for managing my training, recovery, and much more. Wish me luck and I hope you’ll follow along as I train to squat 1000lbs for a triple.

Chris Duffin aims to go higher than what was recorded in the videos, and by this, he meant to bring down his own previously made record.

He wanted to beat the record during his athletic performance at an event by IHRSA which will be held in March in San Diego, in the state of California.

He had been thinking of this event for much time and had been practicing for a long 30 years of his life. He added that he would not have been able to do this without constant team support.

Chris Duffin stated that it would be the end of his magnificent goals that was done a year back when he did three repetitions of 1000 pounds each if it would be considered as Duffin’s final strength show.

To know that how versatile his performance of 1000 pounds went it is compared to the world record for entire life that was of 1000 pounds made by Ray Williams in the year 2019 at the event of Arnold pro-American that was held in the USA.

However, people are more curious about Chris Duffin’s performance.

They are eager to know whether he would be able to set a record of 1000 pounds per squat in three repetitions in the competition of March.

It would be a great challenge on his part to himself.

Furthermore, it is not an easy challenge to pass through as there would be much weight to be carried on the back.

We, as being the audience and the well-wishers of Chris Duffin will like to wish him with all the good luck, power, strength, and safety, which would be a great present for him.
