Everyone is hitting the gym to compete in the Arnold Classic in March, and Dexter Jackson is one of them.
He is getting himself ready for the big Mania.
Jackson is going to be the oldest player competing in Columbus in the next few weeks.
However, this is not a victory for him, as he is one of the older players competing at such a high level. However, he is on his way to define that age is just a number.
He is looking super cool at this age.
If he thinks that looking young at this age is impressive, then he has done that by competing.
A proud moment for him!
His goal is to be a winner and is fully focused.
Recently he has shown a glimpse of his workout with a recent Instagram post.
In his video, he was destroying his leg day.
ROAD RO THE ARNOLD LEG DAY SMASH!!!
I told you guys that I was guna kill legs!! Usually this machine does nothing for me and that’s with it a ton of weight... Well try it this way.. My traps should be touching the pad but we let the pads rest on my front delts.. Feet close together and push the knees forward when squatting down. (Basically and sissy squat on this machine.) Boyyy lemme tell you!! Front quads were on.
This is Dexter Jackson hack to rock the competition.
He even explained in his posts, Jackson is doing a variation of the reverse hack squat.
Jackson doesn’t like this machine a lot, and it doesn’t help him a lot.
But this time, Dexter has changed his hack, and now focused on the position of his shoulders and legs.

Surely, he will do his best to beat all of his rivals in the best ways.
