Back at it again with my quarantine cooking part 2! After the first video you guys asked me to do another one. Here’s another one of my meals that I enjoy eating during offseason or contest prepping. He also added some sauce to make his food delicious.
In his latest video, he showed some of the food items that he eats regularly.
His meal consists of organic pasta sauce, seafood, beef, gluten-free pasta, wheat, and a few more organic items.
Here are the recipes of Dexter Jackson which can you try at home during your quarantine:
Heat the pan on low flame, add few drops of oil into it, which will prevent pasta from sticking.
Now you can season the meet with salt.
Seasoning depends on your taste and preference.
Add water into the pan and heat it to the boiling point. Now you can add the pasta in boiling water.
Take another pan and spray it with cooking oil, add beef or any other meat into it until it turned brown.
Place the cooked beef on one side and then separate pasta from water.
Now add the sauce of your own choice.
As for as the beef is concerned, 6 to 7 ounces meal is enough to stay fit, and Dexter takes this quantity of meal every time.
Measuring the amount of food is very important to get enough protein.
He takes one cup of pasta, which is almost 70 grams of carbs.
In addition to this, he said, you can take a different amount of meals according to your goals.
Mix this pasta and beef to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal.
He explained this meal is also perfect for those who are on a diet as the pasta is not prepared with wheat.
Infect, pasta is made up of brown rice and no doubt it has very good taste.
