Arnold Classic is going to held in a month in Ohio.
Josh Lenartowicz is an Australian bodybuilder, and he is making a comeback in competitive bodybuilding.
His last appearance was in the previous year in the Big Man Weekend contest.
His career suffered a blow when he was diagnosed with a tumor in his skull.
He had to undergo surgery to remove the tumor, but his sufferings did not stop here.
He faced many issues during the rehabilitation & recovery phase.
Apart from these sufferings, he also earned a blessing in the form of a child and became a father.
Josh Lenartowicz announced his comeback to the bodybuilding, and he will not only compete in the Arnold Classic in Ohio but also eying Arnold Australia and Arnold South America, which are going to held within the first quarter of this year.
Arnold Australia is scheduled for the 20th of March to the 22nd of March.
Arnold South America will be concluded on the fifth march after starting from 3rd March.
Can he pull off the three titles in a year? Well, we will have to wait to find out the answer.
Josh Lenartowicz posted on his Instagram to announce his comeback to the bodybuilding.
He mentioned that he struggled a lot in the previous year after his surgeries. The medication he was taking after the surgery showed its side effects.
He said that nothing was enough to stop him, and he is not a quitter.
He announces that he will compete in the three Arnold competitions this year.
Josh Lenartowicz is an accomplished bodybuilder, and he is considered among the top-tier bodybuilders for the past few years.
He came to 9th place in Mr. Olympia for two consecutive years.
He has also won four pro victories.
We cannot deny his chances of winning the competitions.
He is a potential competitor.
Prepping for the 3 Arnold’s @arnoldsports@arnoldsportsau@arnoldsouthamerica and it’s been the hardest prep with what I went through late last year and this year from my surgeries and side effects from the medications post operation but I’m not a quitter and just like Blackskull’s slogan “no feelings just results” backing up your words by your actions says everything about your character and even if you’re not your best you will still place higher than the person who gave up. I’m so thankful for the positive influences in my life from @blackskullusa@tonydohertyoz coach @ptuor@teamlegacycoach@lizzie_la2lenartowicz family, friends and fans and also the positive feedback from my medical team who cleared me to compete as I know for sure health comes first and if there was an issue I wouldn’t be doing the contests. There has been set backs but that just makes the future of me stronger because I have overcome them. Don’t use excuses because they are dressed up lies to take your easy way, you want it then go get it with your health as first priority.
Josh Lenartowicz is competing in all three Arnold competitions, and he could enter the elite group of bodybuilders who have done this hatrick previously.
Currently, there are only two bodybuilders who have pulled off this hatrick of winning three Arnold competitions in a year.
Those two bodybuilders are Kai Greene and Dexter Jackson.
He would be only the third person to achieve this feat if he could win the three competitions.
The two hattricks came in two consecutive years.
First, it was Dexter Jackson who won Arnold Classic, Arnold Australia, and Arnold Europe in 2015, and then Kai Greene won Arnold Classic, Arnold Australia, and Arnold South America in 2016.
Arnold Europe is no longer in the IFBB pro league schedule.
The current Mr. Olympia has also won three competitions, but his victories came in different seasons.
If Josh Lenartowicz will be able to win these competitions, he would become a potential contender of 2020, Mr. Olympia.
