However, his focus is on his training session for arms.

It seems Kai is doing is best to look great with the implementation of proper techniques and contractions through various exercises.

The best part of his training sessions is he keeps altering them, like, he likes to alternate between triceps and biceps exercises, and sometimes, of course, Tri sets.

However, this means Kai does a circuit of three exercises, for every three sets, with a no break in between.

  • Tricep Extenders (20/15/12 reps)
  • Concentration Curls (20/15/12 reps each arm)

Triset Two:

  • Single-Arm Cable Extensions (20/15/12 reps each arm)
  • Cross-Body Cable Extensions (20/15/12 reps each arm)
  • Leaning Preacher Hammer Curls (20/15/12 reps each arm)

Triset Three:

  • Two-Arm Preacher Hammer Curl (20/15/12 reps each arm)
  • Reverse-Grip Cable Triceps Extension (20/15/12 reps each arm)
  • Close Grip Cable Extension (20/15/12 reps each arm)
