  • Bent-Over Lateral Raise – 3 sets/8 reps
  • Biceps (Electrical Stimulation Circuit)
  • Cross-Body Dumbbell Curls – 3 sets/7 reps
  • Dumbbell Hammer Curls – 3 sets/7 reps
  • Standard Dumbbell Curls – 3 sets/7 reps
