In another recent post, he motivated his followers to walk with 40 kg extra weight.

He is a continuous source of motivation for all his followers, he said, use your limited equipment in the right way and give a shape to your body.

He also said I have a few types of equipment at home, which help me build my body and continue my workout routine.

To keep you motivated, he left a message which says he has managed his weight in 3 weeks of self-isolation.

There is no rocket science behind this but determination.

The body should be your priority, and working on it is extremely important.

He said I am bigger and fit than before; home isolation cannot break my workout routine.

Limited equipment does not matter if you use tight tactics.

He said my current weight is 336lb, and I hope I will get 400 lb if this lockdown extends.

A vegan diet also helps me a lot in reaching my goals, so make it a part of your routine if you are conscious about your body.

So, I’ve managed to pack on a shit load of weight in 3 wks of home isolation training. It’s insane really when you think about it, but also not rocket science either. The body is an incredible thing, the only thing that has changed in 3 wks Is my training stimulus …… and that’s It !!! Before I was doing a lot of fitness and very limited weights, role reversal as my environment now only really allows me to do this and boom I’m bigger than I’ve been for ages !!! Just goes to show if you apply correct methods results will happen. Currently weight 336lb, if this lock down continues I might be 400lb before were next allowed out ?? and all this on a vegan diet ? with a few servings of ?? stay strong, stay focused and stay inside !!!
