How Does Mat Fraser Diet Plan Look Like?

Mat Fraser explained during the interview that it is because of her fiancée that he is able to follow this diet plan.

He thanked his fiancée for all the help because she is the one who prepares all the meals for him.

This is the recipe for Mat Fraser’s beef Stir-Fry:

  • Ingredients for the meat
  • 12 oz. flank steak, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • 1 tsp. liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Other ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. hot water
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. liquid aminos
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • ¾ cup peas (frozen and thawed or canned)
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

You can prepare this recipe in many ways.

Marinate the beef only after refrigerating for 30 minutes. Add sugar, hot water, and prepare stir-fry sauce. Then, cook the beef.

Using the juices from the beef, cook olive oil, garlic, and onions 5 min.

Add rice in sauce and cook for 5 min.

Now, add beef, peas and carrots, eggs and give a final cook.
