One of the famous British singers and reality TV stars, Olly Murs, has undergone a great fitness routine to get himself a tough body.

The X-factor alum and the superb the Voice coach went through an amazing physical transformation by following much-required knee surgery at the beginning of the current year.

Now, he is forced to being stuck inside under quarantine, Murs is again working hard to stay fit at home.

As right now, we are forced to stay at home, and so cannot get to the gym, Murs says before bawling with full frustration in the clip which he filmed for Men’s Health.

“But worry no more, we can still train ourselves at home.”

However, his routine is more than just a few energetic stunts.

Murs has got amazing guidance from his talented personal, Rob Solly, who has uploaded a video to share some superb tips.

He has been working with Murs for the last 5 years.

“The workout that I have designed for Olly has four basic components:

  • Muscle mass
  • Explosive power
  • Mobility
  • Action

However, if you want to give this routine try, you may require a set of minibands and, of course, a partner.

Most of the mine created a bodyweight routine that will let you move, and you will probably have some amazing fun.
