And has proved that with the right marketing, confidence, and self-belief.
That you can achieve virtually anything if you set your mind to it.
He has millions of followers on social media.
He regularly posts fitness content to his YouTube page and he even offers an e-book called the ‘ultra-lean nutritional manual’.
Rob is in his mid-thirties with many believing he is now in his prime.
He stands at 5ft 10 inches tall.
And weighs, on average, around 190 pounds.
He has an extremely muscular physique.
Yet he is always ripped to shreds.
Even when he is the off-season.
Rob has won countless pro bodybuilding shows and has appeared in a variety of bodybuilding and fitness magazines – many of which he has actually graced the covers of.
Rob continues to promote himself on social media and compete while appearing at fitness expos and repping various supplements and clothing brands in the process.
Rob is incredibly focused on his goals and objectives and it is incredibly rare that he will ever allow himself a ‘cheat day’ on his diet.
In fact, what he considers a cheat is what many people consider healthy.
He says he enjoys a slice of fruit and nut loaf with a thin layer of fresh jam spread on top.
This is quite the contrast to other bodybuilders who will perhaps wolf down 2 pizzas.
Followed by a tub of ice cream and a few cookies for good measure.
It sounds extreme, but that is just the type of guy that Rob is.
Early Life And Fitness Introduction
Rob was born and raised in the United Kingdom.
He played, had fun, made friends, and enjoyed sports as a youngster.
In particular, he enjoyed cycling.
He would often ride his mountain bike and as he grew older.
He started to really push himself on long bike rides.
However, all of his cyclings was about to literally come crashing to a halt.
When he was aged just 14 he fell off his bike and severely injured his shoulder.
It was broken and he underwent surgery to repair it.
Upon rehab, doctors told Rob that one of the reasons why he had broken it so easily was because he was so small.
They said that he needed to strengthen his upper body and add muscle mass to his frame to help protect him from future accidents and to assist with recovery.
Rob then knew that that was exactly what he needed to do and so he headed to his home gym.
Picked up the weights, and tried to build muscle.
He turned his parent’s garage into a home gym by buying some cheap dumbbells.
A weight bench, and a barbell and each night he would train religiously once his shoulder was healed.
Rob was determined to do things right and so he purchased several bodybuilding magazines and decided to learn as much info about health and fitness as he possibly could.
As he was reading the magazines, he himself was inspired to achieve a physique as well.

He really stepped up his game for the next several years.

Bodybuilding and Personal Training
Years went by and Rob really had packed on some serious mass and definition to his frame.
He entered his first contest when he was in his early 20s at a BNBF contest where he took first place.
One year later, after getting a taste for victory.
He dominated the stage in 2006 and became one of the most popular bodybuilders in Britain.
He also proved to be one of the most dominant and so he began competing in Canada.
Shortly after, he was able to earn his pro card.

As dominant as he was on stage.
He was still relatively unknown and certainly wasn’t making great money.
He, therefore, worked as a personal trainer in the UK and got amazing results for his clients.
This, along with his success on stage.
Meant that he got a lot of magazines, fitness model, and sponsorship deals.
Work took him to LA for various expos and he saw a huge opportunity so decided to move there permanently.
While there, he produced fitness documentaries where he helped his clients lose weight and transform their lives.
One man, for example, was called Ron Lester.
Who Rob helped lose over 350 pounds and literally saved his life.
He documented this in a series known as ‘Rebuilding Ron Lester’ and it got huge amounts of attention online.
Rob was now known as one of the best trainers and bodybuilders in the world.
So, is Rob Riches On Steroids Or Natural?

Rob Riches has been lifting weights since he was 15, so it’s safe to say that.
After 20 years of training.

He’s just under 6ft tall and weighs less than 200 pounds.
He has gradually increased his muscle mass over the years.
But it is his condition changes that have been the most impressive.

Sure, he’s gotten bigger, but it’s not like he has suddenly piled 40 pounds of muscle on in a matter of weeks.

He’s Failed a Drugs Test
Yes, Rob Riches has, in fact, failed a drug test.
Surely that puts the case to bed, right?
Well, the internet seems to think so as they quickly jumped all over him and gave him the nickname of ‘Roid Riches’.
Not so fast, however, because things aren’t actually that black and white.
You see, Rob tested positive for a stimulant found in a pre-workout supplement known as Craze.
It turns out that the owner of Craze faced legal action for including ingredients in the pre-workout supplement that was not on the label.
The craze is now banned as it was found to contain amphetamines.
Despite these being illegal and not included on the label.
So, as it turns out, Rob was simply using a pre-workout before training, and unbeknownst to him, he was actually consuming banned substances.
He was fined and suspended in 2013 until the truth came out.
Based on this, we can’t blame Rob for using banned stimulants as he didn’t know they were in there.
If anything, we feel bad for what he must have had to go through while trying to clear his name.
Rob Riches has been always in shape.
In fact, he has probably had ABS all his life.
Not only does he have ABS.
He always seems to look weeks away from stepping on stage.
When he preps for a show, however, his condition is on a whole other level.
But even during the off-season, he is still ripped and vascular.
Some bodybuilders use the off-season to eat junk and bulk up without worrying about looking shredded such as Mike Thurston, but not Rob.
As mentioned, his idea of a cheat meal is a slice of fruit and nut cake with jam.
He is constantly ripped to shreds, which many believe could be due to steroids.
You see, certain steroids burn fat and speed up metabolism.
Helping bodybuilders prep for a contest.
Winstrol is a prime example of this.
The fact that Rob is not only able to drop so low in body fat.
But to also actually maintain such amazing condition all year round could indicate possible steroid use.
It could, however, simply be that he does plenty of cardio, trains his ass off.
And always watches what he eats.
Or, it could be both.
Based on everything we know about Rob and his physique.
We believe that he is actually a natural bodybuilder.
He’s big, but not huge, and it is his condition that makes him look bigger than he actually is.
Yes, we know he failed a drug test.
But to be honest, when you look at the circumstances behind that.
We can understand why he failed.
