Here’s what happened in the event;
Fitness athletes participated and competed in the event to earn a spot in 2020 CrossFit games.
Strength In Depth was the 6th stop of the series of events.
Some big names and multiple-time winners were also part of the competition.
Mat Fraser has already won the competition several times, and this time he was also part of the competition.
Strength In Depth event continued for a week, and at the end of the event 1 male, 1 female, and 1 team won the competition and awarded a spot in the CrossFit games 2020.
The winners are the top performers in each class.
CrossFit games 2020 are going to held in the summer of 2020.
In case a winner has already secured his spot through the Open, then the spot is backfilled and awarded to the runner-up.

Mat Fraser has already won the games 4-times, so it is no surprise to see him dominating the Strength In-Depth results.
He is already a dominant force in CrossFit games.
Mat Fraser dominated the men division right from the start of the event.
The two runner-ups only put a great show on the final day and managed to come in 2nd and 3rd place.
It is important to mention that Mat Fraser had already qualified for the games, so the spot in CrossFit games 2020 is given to David Shorunke because he was runner-up in the men division.
Women's division was full of excitement as the competition was very tight between the participants.
The winner of the women division is Laura Horvath, but the runner-up in the women division is only 20 points behind the winner.
In 2019, young competitor Haley Adams earned 2019 Rookie of the year, and she showed a great performance in the 2020 Strength In-Depth results chart.
The top 4 position holders had already secured the spots in CrossFit games 2020, so the spot is backfilled with Kelsey Kiel.
She stands at 5th position in the Strength In-Depth results chart.
In the team division, CrossFit Mayhem took the lead early in the event and never let it go.
The runner-up team gave them a tough competition.
The third spot in the Strength In-Depth results chart was filled by TrainLikeFight.com who also showed great resilience.
CrossFit Mayhem won the spot in CrossFit games.
This year's Strength In-Depth was very competitive and full of excitement and energy.
