Tia Clair Toomey diet is restricted to 2000-2500 calories throughout the day.

Tia Clair thinks consuming a high amount of calories is not as important as eating specific things at a specific time of the day.

Tia Clair Toomey diet plan is mostly built around proteins and carbohydrates.

Tia Clair Toomey diet plan breaks down into 140-150g of protein 230-250g of carbohydrates and 65-70g of fat. Her nutritionist is Simone Arthur.

Tia explained in an interview, that her nutritionist made him aware regarding specific dietary plans, and she came to know how essential and vital some things are.

Her day starts with drinking a glass of water with lemon.

Before she starts preparing her breakfast, apple cider vinegar is essential for her.

She eats her breakfast after doing her workout.

After her first meal of the day, she waits until lunch to eat anything.

The lunch is often stir-fry.

Her midday meal is usually packed with stir-fry in coconut oil loaded with proteins and vegetables.

She mostly adds many vegetables and different sources of protein as well.

If she doesn’t take stir-fry, then steak with asparagus and potatoes is her go-to meal.

She also likes to have eggs on a bagel if she has no plans of going with steak or stir-fry.

The last meal in Tia Clair Toomey diet is usually a light one, and mostly it is steak or salmon. She likes to keep it light.

Tia Clair also consumes protein shakes and bananas throughout the day.

Tia Clair Toomey’s diet plan is definitely working for her fitness and performance.
