Specifically, we’re going to be looking at everything there is to know about Anavar, getting fit, cutting, and transforming your physique with the help of this compound.
There’s a stigma associated with steroids, which is largely caused thanks to the media blowing things out of proportion and once again misleading the general public.
Because of this, anabolic steroids, SARMS, and other PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs) have been demonized.
Now, don’t get us wrong, we aren’t saying that steroids aren’t dangerous, because they can be, but we are saying that there is a lot of confusion about what they are, how they work, and how to use them.
Anavar is a prime example of this, which is why we’re now going to present you with the ultimate Anavar cycle guide.
Before we start to look at what Anavar is, and how to run an Anavar, we first need to be clear.
We do not condone the use of steroids, nor do we recommend the use of steroids.
They can be dangerous, they’re illegal, and people often don’t know how to use them.
The info contained within is purely for educational purposes.
We’re going to kick things off today by looking at what Anavar is.
Anavar is a steroid that is very popular amongst bodybuilders who are new to the world of steroids and PEDS.
The main reason for this is because it is one of the mildest steroids in existence.
In fact, Anavar is so mild that it is one of the few steroids out there that can be utilized by women as well as men.
Anavar, or Oxandrolone, as it is also known, is a very popular steroid amongst female bodybuilders, as well as men for that matter.
Having been around for quite some time, Anavar is a tried and tested steroid that will provide noticeable results.
As you might expect, it is very mild, especially compared with some of the bigger hitters such as Tren and D-Bol, but don’t let that fool you, because Anavar still provides very noticeable results.
Anavar has been popular for decades for many reasons.
To begin with, it is an oral steroid so taking it is as simple as taking a vitamin supplement.
Then there’s the fact that it is tolerated by men and women alike.
Finally, because it is so mild, there are virtually no extreme side effects to worry about, including estrogenic ones, although as always, PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) should always be run after a cycle.
If you’re looking to use Anavar, you need to know why you’re using it in the first place.
Different steroids provide different benefits to users.
Some steroids such as Tren, for example, promote extreme increases in muscle mass and strength.
Others, such as Winstrol, help to improve athletic performance.
Anavar is a steroid that is ideal for cutting, making it great for fat loss.
If you want to use Anavar for weight loss, providing you’re sensible and use the steroid as instructed, you’ll find that you enjoy some extremely noticeable results.
To begin with, Anavar helps to kick start the metabolism and helps you to dramatically burn off more calories.
The more calories than you’re able to burn off with Anavar, the more fat you will likely lose.
The reason for this is simply due to the fact that it will make it easier for you to achieve a caloric deficit.
Anavar also helps to boost red blood cell counts, which from an athletic performance standpoint, makes running Anavar incredibly appealing.
This is because of the fact that our bodies transport oxygen around our bodies in hemoglobin, which is stored within red blood cells.
These cells then transport oxygen all around the human body, delivering it to various cells along the way.
The more oxygen these cells can absorb, the more energy they will have, which means that the more energy you will have.
From an athletic standpoint, the more red blood cells you have, the more oxygen the rest of your cells will have, including those that make up your muscles.
The more red blood cells you have, the more oxygen you have, which means the more energy you’ll have.
This is why athletes train at altitude, as it enables the body to produce more red blood cells.
If you have more energy, you’ll be able to exercise harder, and for longer periods, so you’ll burn off more calories.
In this next section, we’re going to be looking at Anavar for men, and a few things that you will need to consider.
First and foremost, it’s important that you understand exactly how Anavar works if you are to get an idea as to whether or not the steroid is for you.
Now, when people use steroids, they use them for different reasons.
Some people use them so that they can bulk up and get huge and jacked.
Others use them to get lean and shredded, and some use them in order to perform better athletically.
If you want to use steroids like most men, so that you can bulk up and get big and jacked, then Anavar is most certainly not for you.
Anavar will provide very, very, slight increases in muscle mass, if you train hard enough.
More often than not, you’ll find that you lose fat and have more energy.
It is not a powerful steroid, so results will not be dramatic.
If you’re worried about people calling you out for being on gear, even if you claim ‘natty’ then Anavar is a great steroid, to begin with.
Let’s face it, one of the biggest fears that people have when it comes to steroids is the side effects.
We’ll be looking at the side effects of Anavar in more detail a little later on, but take it from us, if you’re worried about gyno, water retention, heart trouble, or suppressed test production, then don’t, as Anavar is not powerful enough.
If you are prepping for a contest, Anavar is a very useful steroid as it is great for cutting weight, as we looked at previously.
In men, it can also assist with the retention of existing muscle tissue, although more often than not, a little mass does need to be sacrificed if Anavar is all that you’re using.
For those prepping for a contest or photo shoot, though, Anavar is perfect.
By now, you’ve probably gotten an idea of what Anavar does, but just to be clear, if you are thinking of running an Anavar, here is a quick rundown.
First of all, what Anavar does will depend on whether you are male or female.
You see, in men, Anavar is far less noticeable and powerful as it is in women.
Men using Anavar alone will only notice moderate changes in their physiques and athletic performances.
For a man, Anavar will likely help to preserve existing muscle tissue, rather than stimulate new muscle growth.
Women using Anavar, however, will notice losses in body fat, increases in energy and strength levels, and even increases in muscle mass.
For women, Anavar is a lot more potent, which is why you should do your research if you are considering running Anavar.
There are a number of prominent benefits associated with running Anavar.
These include, but are not limited to the following:
In the run-up to a bodybuilding contest, the idea is likely to step on stage in the best condition as possible, with as much muscle as possible.
When you bulk up, you sacrifice muscle definition for mass.
When you cut, the idea is to strip away the fat to reveal the muscle.
The problem is that when you cut, you do so via a caloric deficit, which means that muscle loss also occurs.
Anavar is a very useful steroid because it helps to preserve existing muscle tissue.
Anavar is often known as the ‘girl steroid’ because it can be used by men and women.
When men use it, they’ll find that it is very mild and that the side effects are nowhere near as severe or extreme as they are with other steroids.
One thing that puts anabolic steroid users off is the fact that some steroids must be administered via injection.
This means that you need to inject yourself, you need to source the needles, dispose of them properly, and you may even choose to hide them from your family.
Oh, and injecting yourself is also painful and it means that you could potentially suffer from an infection.
With Anavar, as it is an oral steroid, all you need to do is swallow it like you would any other tablet.
This benefit is very rare because 99.9% of all other anabolic steroids aimed at men cannot and should not be used by women.
This is because they can be very dangerous and can cause irreversible damage such as masculinization in which women start to resemble men.
Anavar is so mild, though, that it can be used by both men and women.
In this next section, we are now going to elaborate on the side effects associated with Anavar.
You see, even though it is a very mild steroid, it is still dangerous, especially if abused.
This is why you need to know how to use it properly.
Here are some common Anavar side effects.
Even though this is unlikely, if you are prone to hair loss genetically, Anavar could potentially speed up the rate in which it falls out.
Again, this is still a steroid and hormonal imbalances, even mild, can occur.
This is the main side effect associated with Anavar because it is an oral steroid.
Anavar can cause damage to the liver, so be sure to monitor your liver health.
If you’re thinking of starting a steroid cycle.
Anavar is a perfect place to begin.
Typically, the average Anavar, which by the way, is oral, would be between 50mg – 80mg per week for six weeks.
For people that are new to steroids, however, 50mg per day for six weeks is ideal.
If, however, you’re bigger than average or if you’re looking to really bulk up.
You should opt for 80mg per day for six weeks.
It is recommended that Anavar tablets be consumed with food.
To assist with absorption and to prevent potential stomach issues and complaints.
Anavar is a great beginner steroid, and those that have never used it before should begin with just 15mg per day.
As time goes by, you could increase this to 25mg per day.
As you begin to get more comfortable with using it, you could increase your dosages from 30mg – 80mg per day by week 4.
For an advanced cycle, aim for 80mg – 100mg per day.
Cycles for men should last around 8 weeks, as anything longer could be stressful for the liver.
For women, things are much different.
Regardless of experience, you should stick with 10mg per day, and cycles should last no longer than 4 weeks.
If you can’t be bothered to read through all of the text listed above.
The simple Anavar dosage breakdown is as follows:
Average sized person – 50mg – 80mg for 6 – 8 weeks
A larger person with steroid experience – 80mg per day for 6 – 8 weeks
Smaller person – 50mg per day for 6 weeks
Despite Anavar being mild, PCT should still be used with the steroid and should come in the form of Clomid and/or Nolvadex.
Remember, no matter how careful you are, or how fine you feel, when using AAS or PEDs of any kind, you should always run PCT.
PCT or post cycle therapy and it is something that you run once your steroid cycle has done.
You see, although Anavar doesn’t aromatize.
This doesn’t mean that PCT is not needed.
Estrogenic side-effects are unlikely, but there is still plenty of damage that could be done to your body.
You see when you use Anavar.
Due to fluctuations in hormones, it shuts down the natural production of testosterone within the body.
This can have long-term side effects to your health and well-being.
PCT is therefore basically to restore your body back to working order.
Just like it was before you began the cycle.
Ideally, you need SERMs, or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators, and HCG, which stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropins.
Ideally, you will need to run Clomid/Nolvadex.
Here all you will need is Clomid on low dosages, which should last for 4 – 6 weeks.
You also need to make sure that you are using a Milk Thistle supplement for added liver support.
Remember, Anavar is primarily oral and therefore liver toxicity is a very real possibility.
You need to make sure that you protect the liver at all times.
Which is why you should use Milk Thistle before, during, and after your Anavar cycle.
